Terms & Conditions
- Entry to the park will only be allowed at the exact time of booking.
- Entry to the park is only allowed with the wristband.
- Wristbands are ONE-TIME Entry only.
- Venue and Party time is only available for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Events team are not responsible for arranging any item or theming from outside the park.
- Outside theme arrangement will not be allowed.
- 90% of the payment is a must to confirm the booking.
- Upon payment,client will receive the quantity of wristbands based on the pax / number of booked package.
- Any loss of wristband either on or before the event will not be replaceable or refundable.
- In case of cancellation the payment will be refunded only if all the wristbands are completely returned.
- In case of postponement of the party client must return all wristband issued.
- Client must notify us atleast 7 days prior to the event in the case of cancellation or postponement of the party.
- In case that we’re not notified or less than 7 days of informing regarding cancellation or postponement of event, the payment
- will not be refunded.
- Add – ons will only be accommodated 2 days prior the event.Add on request of the party less than 2 days will not be
- Each ride & attraction requires minimum height.
- Outside Food & Beverage is not allowed inside the park.
- Outside Entertainment (Magician, Piñata,Goody Bags and Mascot) are not allowed.
- Photography is allowed inside the party room.
- Photography within the premises of the park is not allowed.
- Lockers are available to keep your valuable belongings safe.
- Leisure Parks is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
- Tickets, Prices and Park Timings are subject to change without further notice.
- Snow Dunes rules and regulations apply.
